Time

Our wedding will take place on Saturday, May 15, 2010. The ceremony is happening at 6 p.m., with the reception immediately following.

Location

We’ll be holding our ceremony and reception in our home, in the Mission Terrace neighborhood of San Francisco. The exact address is provided on the invitation. Parking is plentiful in our neighborhood, but not on our actual street; park on the nearest cross-street (Cayuga). Better yet: take BART! We’re just a few blocks from the Balboa Park BART Station (several Muni Metro lines also come to the station).

Reception

Food will be served in the form of passed appetizers. We will have a full bar available, with some really lovely cocktails: you may want to grab a bite before arriving.

What to Wear

We want you to have fun and be comfortable. Most people will probably be wearing cocktail dresses and suits (including some great vintage outfits, to be sure), but it will be a friendly crowd and you really can wear whatever you want. Do you have a great outfit that you are always looking for an excuse to wear? This is your chance. Wear it. Don’t worry about whether you’ll fit in, you’re already going to fit in because we love you.

Cameras

If you would like to bring your camera, please feel free to do so. We will not have a professional photographer, and it would be nice to have some casual pictures of the event.

Babysitting

Some of our guests are travelling long distances with very small children. Unfortunately, with the exception of children included in the wedding party, we aren’t able to accommodate children at the event. Take advantage of this time to have a rare adult evening! Let us know if there’s something we can do to help coordinate child care.
